The PING G440 combines distance and forgiveness with premium players-style aesthetics and enhanced feel. Increased ball speed comes from a more-flexible face, a PurFlex badge, and the low/back CG, generating higher, longer shots that stop closer to the hole. Longer-length 4, 5 and 6 irons help launch shots higher and provide more consistent gaps.

Choose your set makeup, hand and shaft above. Sets are priced per club at £145 per iron, so a 5–PW (6 clubs) is £870 and a 4–PW (7 clubs) is £1,015. Every club is built to order to your specification — nothing is picked off a shelf.

PING custom fitting declaration
PING require every online purchaser to confirm one of the following statements. You will be asked to select one before adding to your basket.
“I confirm that I have undergone a face-to-face, dynamic custom fitting.”
“I have not undergone a face-to-face, dynamic custom fitting and I confirm that I understand the disadvantages of purchasing PING golf clubs without a custom fitting.”
A dynamic fitting measures how you actually deliver the club — lie angle, length, shaft weight and flex are matched to your swing. Buying without one means we build to standard or to numbers you supply, and the clubs may not suit you as well.
Build time and delivery
Custom-built clubs are assembled to your specification in our workshop and are not dispatched from stock. We confirm your build and delivery date when we check your specification, and we email you a tracking number the moment your clubs are dispatched.
What happens after you order
- You receive an order confirmation listing every element of your build specification.
- We check the spec. If anything looks inconsistent with your stated fitting, we contact you before building.
- Your clubs are built to order and quality-checked.
- We dispatch on a tracked service and email you the tracking number.
Returns on custom-built clubs
Clubs built to your own specification are made to order for you and are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Please check your specification carefully before ordering.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If your clubs arrive faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. If we build to a specification other than the one you gave us, we will put it right at our cost.
